Since the new update, the app don´t start under iOS 7.1.2 and crashed. Not OK.:-((

Previous version worked like a charm. New version has reduced the functionality. Does not allot to add a schedule to the calendar, forces you to buy a ticket, does not support American Express. Flytoget, Please bring the previous versions back.

The app will not send a text to a US phone number

Just like everyone else says, USA phone numbers don’t receive the code necessary to open an account. Completely useless.

I have the same issue as other users. In order to buy tickets, you need to create a profile. In order to create a profile, you need to enter a mobile number. However, at least for US numbers, these codes won’t arrive, rendering the app completely useless

Please add a way for the SMS to get to a US phone number. I can't create an account without it.

I have an American number. To buy a ticket, you need to create an account. To create an account the app needs to text you a code. I tried 5 times and never get a code. So the app is useless for me. The Ruter app for public transport in Oslo works great. I can buy tickets on the app. Why can’t Flytoget work for me?

Couldn’t complete purchase of a ticket because the verification message never arrived to my US phone number even though my phone is working fine and I’m receiving all other texts.

Confirmation # never comes after entering mobile details. Without this, I can’t login and buy tickets.

The company confirmed that a customer with a US mobile number cannot use the app to purchase tickets. Tickets may be purchased on the website. The app requires texting a code to a mobile phone, and despite displaying a US option, this is not functional.

Downloaded the app upon arrival in Oslo in an attempt to streamline ticket purchasing, but ended up wasting time. I never received the activation code to create an account and purchase ticket, so I ended up hanging to use a kiosk. If you’re going to force folks to have an account to purchase tickets, this critical weakness needs to be corrected. App has been deleted.

Can’t sign up. Can’t sign in. Can’t get a confirmation code. Can’t buy a ticket without signing in. Awful.

Doesn’t work with a US phone number - never sends the text. Used my Portuguese number and it worked fine.

Doesn’t send text messages to US phone numbers. So I can’t use the app to buy a ticket.

The app develop needs to check the algorithm for UX entry rules for definition of using or recognizing country code either +1 or +01 or get rid of separate country code data entry completely. I tried everything and never received a pin and never got into my account from the app.

Verification code doesn’t come through so can’t buy a ticket and app is useless.

Need a verification code sent to a cell phone to activate the app. As pointed out in other reviews, the code never arrives. Text messages are working fine on my phone so all good from my side.

I can’t buy a ticket without logging in or creating a profile. I can’t create a profile without a text message confirming my number which never comes through even though my phone does work and every other text arrives. So App is Useless!!!!!!!

Have tried using on multiple trips over the past year, it always fails to send the one time verification code to a US number, has never worked.

Like previous users and reviews, this app does not send the SMS verification code necessary to use this to purchase tickets. Technically, it’s a piece of junk. The only use I can see is having a timetable at your fingertips, but you still have to go and buy a ticket manually because the app won’t send the verification code via SMS. Back to the drawing board.

I’ve downloaded, deleted, re-installed, and have been trying all day just to create an account and log in. It says it will send a code via test message. Twelve hours later and I’m still waiting. Pretty useless.

I wish I could just buy it on the website. But the only way is through the app. When I got to the point where I am supposed to receive an SMS with the code. Well the code never came I tried several phone numbers and gave up.

Can’t speak to earlier versions but this version works great. Any idiot can figure it out, and quickly.

Why would I buy one ticket through the app if I have to buy another at the station anyway. Maybe it would allow me to buy one at a time, but it didn't give me any indication. Only wanted "confirm payment"

I did not get far. It won’t let me change country code to enter my mobile number and can’t complete Profile without it. Maybe that’s why it won’t do anything when I select a train using the schedule list? Will purchase my ticket later
